“Yesterday I had Elvin, Flores, and his son, Ryan of Chem-Dry at my home to clean an enormous travertine floor and steam clean a sectional. The experience was amazing. First of all, I called the Chem-Dry number the night before at around nine or 10 to ask that they come a bit later, and Elvin answered! He moved the appointment for me with no problem. He and his son came in and got straight to work. They did a beautiful job and spent a lot of time on both the floor and the sofa. While they were here, I noticed that a new carpet of mine had an unpleasant smell. They steam cleaned the carpet for me, pleasantly, and with no extra charge! Frankly, it felt like a business transaction from the past where there was a lot of courtesy, and very hard work on the part of the tradesmen. I highly recommend Chem-Dry, and particularly Elvin and his son, Ryan, for any cleaning jobs you might have at home. I will be calling them again!
